Rick has applied 20 years of senior leadership experience to help organizations take new ideas and transform them into revenue-generating products and services with a specialty in data center migration and transition, mergers and acquisitions emerging technologies and project deployment methodologies. Rick and RISE have performed high-risk digital transformations, IT mergers and acquisitions, CRM and data center transition work for government, non-profit and commercial clients.

Rick has managed large, complex programs for Fortune 100 companies, combining the hard skills of an MBA with the softer skills of cross-functional team leadership at all levels.
Mark, Director
Mark has over thirty years of experience in the industry. Throughout his successful career, he has overseen data center projects for a wide spectrum of clients including pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and digital marketing companies.

Mark is a certified PMI Program and Project Management professional with expertise across multiple project management methodologies. Mark started off in the industry working in networking, systems administration, data integration, intranet and portal development before transitioning full-time into technology project, program and senior management positions. His core competencies are MA&D technology programs related to data center transition, migration, and integration while managing large cross functional teams in complex corporate environments.
